Welcome to JJX Official! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to JJX Official. JJX Official operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). JJX Official is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. 

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract in your country of residence. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights. Goods supplied by JJX  Official must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order with JJX Official, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is accepted when we send you confirmation that the order has been accepted and is being processed. We may be unable to accept an order in certain circumstances, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an error in the price or product information, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and, where payment has already been taken, issue an appropriate refund. 

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@jjxofficial.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfilment. Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation rights. Where applicable, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. 

Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you to give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cancel the order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing and account information when placing an order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated times shown on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery time frame has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of your order being accepted. 

If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at hello@jjxofficial.co.uk and we will investigate this for you.

JJX Official remains responsible for the goods while they are in transit. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available through the JJX Official website, including our name, logos, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, text, product imagery, video, audio and other website content, is owned by or licensed to JJX Official and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, licence or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of, or licence to use, the intellectual property belonging to JJX Official, Shopify or any third party except as expressly stated.

The JJX Official name, logo, designs and slogans, including BE PROUD. BE YOU., may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logos and other intellectual property belong to Shopify and are used in accordance with Shopify’s applicable terms. Any other third-party names, logos or intellectual property appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
From time to time, we may provide access to tools, features or services supplied by third parties.

These third-party tools may be subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Before using any such tool, you should review the terms that apply to it.

We do not control third-party tools and are not responsible for matters arising solely from the acts or omissions of the third-party provider where those matters are outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
JJX Official is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with JJX Official. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and JJX Official, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with JJX Official.

All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (a) mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans, (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer, (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

Any amounts properly due before termination will remain payable.

Provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to continue after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, privacy and applicable legal rights, will continue to apply.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights or any rights you may have in relation to an existing purchase.

Goods supplied by JJX Official must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and that the Services are available and functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability or responsibility that JJX Official cannot lawfully limit or exclude.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.

JJX Official will be responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.

These Terms are intended for consumers purchasing products for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or commercial opportunity where you use our products for business purposes.

SECTION 18 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
You are responsible for your own use of the Services and for complying with these Terms and applicable law.

If your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services causes direct loss or damage to JJX Official, we may seek to recover that loss where permitted by law.

We will not require you to compensate JJX Official for losses that were not caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful conduct.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts that are available to you under applicable consumer law, including your local courts where the law allows.
