Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your JJX Official order. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition. You may try an item on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item has been worn, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jjxofficial.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Goods supplied by JJX Official must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods are not affected by this returns policy.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will advise you of the available return options.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the equivalent standard delivery cost.

How to request a return

Please email hello@jjxofficial.co.uk before returning anything. Include your name, order number and reason for the return. We will then provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns directly to a manufacturing or fulfilment address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
